Features a lifetime motor, it is compliant with all UL 325 requirements. Capable to work with up to 20 remote controls, the maximum recommended duty cycle is ten cycles per hour.

The compact LiftMaster 3950 is a remote-controlled garage door opener that is for commercial use only and perfect for self-storage facilities. It comes with a smooth starting and stopping motor and a maximum of ten duty cycles per hour is recommended. This operator can also be opened manually. It can be used with live or dead shaft and cannot go beyond 650 pounds. This operator maximum sq ft limit measures 12 feet high and 14 feet wide.
