The 3BFLM Three Button W/ Mortise Lockout Flush Mount Control Station provides you safe and secure access to your garage or gate with the mortise lockout with a 3-button system.  The mortise lockout system gives limited access allowing only those with the key to operate the open, close and stop push button controls.

Each 3BLFM station’s face plate measures 6’’ (H) x 4.75’’ (W), while the back box measures 3.75’’ (H) x 3.75’’ (W). It can easily be installed by running a wiring to your garage door or gate opener’s open/close relay.
